1.1. User-created CDEs
For user-created CDEs in the CDE Portal project are licensed under CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode.en).
1.2. The caDSR CDEs
For CDEs from the Cancer Data Standards Repository (caDSR) are licensed under the policies of the NIH (https://www.cancer.gov/policies/copyright-reuse).

2.1. User-created Forms
For user-created forms are licensed under CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode.en).
2.2. Publicly Available Forms
For publicly available forms are licensed under following license:
All forms in the CDE Portal are derived from publicly available literature. For example: the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI, https://cdeportal.bmicc.cn/form/view/1) is from the work of D.J. Buysse, C.F. Reynolds, T.H. Monk, S.R. Berman, and D.J. Kupfer, as described in "The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index: A New Instrument for Psychiatric Practice and Research," published in Psychiatry Research, 28 (1989), pp. 193-213. For license of other form, please refer to the relevant literature.

For copyright forms are licensed under their respective licenses as specified by the original creators or institutions.
